Located in the cellar of a 16 unit condomium building in NoHo and substantially below Great Jones Alley above, this thermal bath amenity space provides a tranquil subterranean thermal spa in the heart of the NoHo neighborhood of lower Manhattan.

The wider amenity space consists of a glass enclosed steam room, treatment room with constellation effect feature lighting, fitness room, yoga room and changing facilities. But it is the thermal bath space, inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations that sought to creat a space dedicated to the relaxation of body and mind in the heart of the city.

The space includes three baths each consisting water of varying temperatres along with a horizontal shower. Constructed from cast in place concrete structure with pool plaster finish below the surface and a combination of large format stone tiles and tadelakt decorative plaster above the water on floors, walls and ceilings, the design includes infinity edge detailing to the perimeter of each body of water along with a sophisticated lighting design that compeltes the sense of sophistication and relaxation.
